Unlock your best self by
using NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach.

If you want something in your life and you don’t have it, Neuro-Linguistic Programming empowers you to experience, have, achieve, and be more than previously imaginable.

Our brains are just running patterns we’ve developed through life that are responsible for how we feel, what we choose to do, and what is available to us in life. But these patterns don’t always update as our lives change.

Within one Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching session, you can experience a major shift of getting access to experiences, feelings, and goals you want, but for some reason haven’t experienced yet.

Changes are typically felt immediately or over the course of a month after just one session. These changes are lasting, until you decide you’d like something different.

If any of the below resonates, I can work with you to discover how we can update that pattern and give you new access to your definition of freedom.

What is NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

Definition of NLP

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is a powerful methodology that works by interrupting the sequence of events that makes that limiting belief or behavior powerful. This empowers you to understand and reprogram the patterns of thought and behavior that shape your life. By utilizing NLP techniques, you gain the ability to overcome obstacles, improve communication, and achieve personal excellence.

Meet your coach - Storm Seeley

I started my NLP journey when I was 18 years old. I’ve always been an athlete growing up but always struggled mentally when it came to confidence. This would later translate over to my day-to-day life as well, Turing me into a shy, non-confident guy. This all changed when I got introduced to NLP and how the brain truly functions. I had a NLP coach come to my house 3 days a week and change my brain on how I thought. By 3 months, I was a completely new person, and all my friends and family couldn’t even recognize me. My goal now is to give back to the youth and give them a superpower I wish I had at a young age.

Is an NLP session like therapy?

Unlike traditional therapy, you do not attend NLP sessions regularly. With this style of work, there is no need to come weekly.

In a session, we will apply change-work to one specific outcome, not just checking in generally. Because of this fine-tuned application of re-wiring what’s in the way of what you want in one specific area, there’s no need to approach change in the general and more gradual way that traditional “talk” therapy offers.

Because of this, we do not schedule another session at the close of a current session. We do not meet weekly or regularly.

Instead, you book sessions when you need them. You can book a session when there is something new you want to work on.

This work is so specific and effective that typically something we worked on will shift (that’s the whole point, right?), so you don’t know you need to keep working on it until you’ve had time to integrate and notice what has already adjusted in working toward what you want.

What can you expect from a session?

There are many approaches we may be able to use to help you work toward having what you want. Generally, a session will feel like a conversation where you can just be yourself, relax and find a comfortable seat. We will likely be working via computer (Zoom, FaceTime), and it is very important that you have uninterrupted time for the entirety of the session.

At some point, we will likely discover some surprising aspect that you learned early on, likely something you didn’t consciously remember or attribute to this goal, and we will be able to revise it to be a more updated reference point from which to more usefully create future experience.

Nothing is more rewarding than having a child athlete who sets a goal for themself at a very young age and makes it their mission to see this goal to fruition. On the flip side, there is nothing more terrifying as a parent to know your child is experiencing debilitating inner turmoil and to be powerless in making it go away. This best describes our daughter, Makena, who fell in love with soccer at five years old and had all the tools to take her talents and play at the collegiate level. The recruiting process and all that goes along with it is no joke, regardless of a person’s mental fortitude, ability and confidence. How do you stand out as a player when only 4.7% of female soccer players will ever be chosen to play at the college level?

We knew Makena had the passion and ability to achieve all of her athletic aspirations, and we were also painstakingly aware of the obstacles she faced that could derail her. A coach who clearly didn’t believe in her ability and constantly criticized her, teammates who ridiculed her for attention she received from opposing teams and colleges beginning to notice her. Balancing home life, school life, and soccer life cohesively. We were very aware that Makena was struggling, but had no idea to what extent or what exactly was the root of the struggle. Her soccer game was declining. Makena was at a private training where she eventually had a complete breakdown. The trainer requested to speak with me immediately following and advised the necessity for Makena to talk with someone, and suggested Storm. We didn’t hesitate to get started.

To say that Storm was positively impactful in Makena’s life and mental well being is beyond an understatement. When we became aware of the true depths of her darkness prior to working with Storm, we realized how close we were to losing her. First Storm gained her trust and worked through her emotional state and the root of her issues. Then he tasked her to turn her negative thoughts to positive ones through conversation,  journaling and visualization. We got our Makena back and then some! She turned her negative energy into fuel to bring passion back to her life and her soccer game. As she continued to work with Storm, she began to believe and trust in herself again, and her soccer prowess went through the roof. Her confident, stand out performances during soccer recruiting showcases led to a tremendous amount of attention from colleges and many scholarship offers. Her work with Storm also gave her the courage to leave her negative soccer team and coach behind, to ignore the pessimistic noise of other envious players, and gave her the ability to be the happiest and best version of herself.

We are forever grateful to Storm and all he has done for Makena. I could not recommend anyone more highly in helping with athletic mental wellness, and we are blessed to have him in our lives.
